Unable to delete new Channel Interface in Customer Service application

Hello,

I created a new "Web" Channel Interface in a new Customer Service application I created and configured it to display the managers portal. I now want to delete the channel interface but the "Delete Channel Interface" button is disabled and I cannot figure out why. I have attached screen shot for reference.

Can anyone help?
