Add new work and Do validation both at a time
Hi
I want to create one case using account number.
that account number should match some validation like start with 90 or 80
if it match case should create
so I wrote validate rule and also added "add new work" action
of that button
now what happening I want to press 2 times to create case means validation happening in first click and click 2 for case creation(I called refresh section action 1st in that activity I called validate rule and 2 action to add new work)
is any way to do both in same click :)

Hi Anand,
If you add both the actions on a single click of the button , you do not need to click twice.
Could you send screenshots of you configuration?
You could also try calling the activity Work-Cover- Add in the activity where you call the validate rule.

Can you please attach configuration screenshots in detail.
If my understanding is right, you are configuring two actions on click of a button. As per the functionality, on single click, the actions which are configured will get executed in the sequence added one after the other, you do not need to double click.
