Time Stamp

Does the audit trail contain time stamp for each activity? If no, where else could we get the information regarding time?

To your first question, yes, the full flow of the automation is shown in the logs. Therefore, when the activity starts and completes is shown in the logs.

You can use the diagnosticlog and datetime components to monitor the activities you care about.
