How to escalate any ticket in support portal
Hi,
My issue is not resolved by pega team. The issue is in the tool. I want to escalate the ticket raised. Please tell me the process how to escalate the ticket.

Hi Ashish,
To escalate the ticket, you would have to reach out to your support contact or talk to the engineer who is working with you on the SR. I see you have already initiated this communication on the SR which is the correct handling method.
