Correspondence
In a new hire process, a hiring manager needs to be automatically notified, by email, when a job application case reaches a Collect Work Sample assignment. How would I configure this correspondence requirement?

When you open the assignment properties, you can specify notification settings.

Which Pega version are you on? We have recently released the latest Notification framework which might be useful in this case.

Otherwise, Notification settings on assignment are the ideal place to start as mentioned.
