Pega CoBrowse does not function properly in IE 11
Can someone confirm the browser compatibility of Pega Co-Browse

The issue is fixed
Earlier, we had issues with distorted pages during cobrowsing, which was fixed by including "fireflyAPI.ready(()=>{fireflyAPI.set("sendStaticContent", true)});" to the snippet. The arrow function used in the fix was not compatible with IE. After refactoring it to "fireflyAPI.ready(function(){fireflyAPI.set("sendStaticContent", true)});" CoBrowse is working fine in IE.

Hi Shekhar,
Thanks for the reply. Its strange is my case that when customer accepts CoBrowse request from CSR (on Chat window), the connection is successful from Chrome and keeps waiting from IE 11.
We are using both chrome and IE 11 on same server

Hi Sreethi,
I am not really sure why this will happen in IE specifically. Also there hasn't been any reported issue(as far as I have checked) regarding co-browse and IE. There is only Firefly plug-in setting which could create some issue.
You can try checking that, also I believe you can check compatibility view settings in IE should be helpful.
