Tree Grid Expand Issue

I have a tree grid with dummy datas.

When i try to expend and collapse it, right rows start to adding extra row which already opened before.

Is there any DT configured on click of expand-collapse button to set/create something in chlid rows ? That DT might be appending new pages to child list.
