Operator Unavailable option is not working
Set the Unavailable From and To dates in Operator ID.But operator can login to the system in that date range.

As Marc explained above the available fields below Unavailable From also talks about the routing activities as shown in the help documentation in attachment and no where it is specified about the login access.

I don't think this "unavailable" option will block the user for login in. I believe this is just to avoid the routing to this user during that selected period.

ok. And then I tried to transfer an assignment to that operator through bulk transfer. Assignment was transferred to that operator successfully. any idea ?

This option is only related to the routing of the assignments during the absence of the user.
The question here is, if the user is "unavailable", then what is the business scenario that the user is trying to login during the absence?
