In PEGA 7.2 Version, How to navigate to the Individual Step based on the Specific Condition
Hi Team,
I have created the Stages and Steps/Process for the respective stages for a Case Type. Currently i am in the (Stage-->3 and Process->2),now i want to go the Stage-->1 and Process-3 so i have change stage option where i can jump to the specific stage(So now i have jumped to Stage-->1) but i am unable to go the Process->3. To navigate to the Process-3 i have to complete Process->1 &2. Previously in 7.1 i can keep the When Condition for the Specific Steps/Process so i can move the Process->3(If the when condition is true, when i am doing the change stage option in the Stage-->3 Process-->2). Currently i am not finding when condition option for the Individual Step in Version 7.2 Could you please help on this

My question is different. When i am using the change stage option in the (Stage-->3 Process-->2 ) it will jump to the Stage-->1. but my scenario is different it should navigate to Process-->3 (Stage-->1 Process-->3).Yeah i can use the decision shape in the flow.Previously in the 7.1 Version we can able to keep the when condition at the indiviual step and if we want to Skip the Step based on the specific condition. Currently i am unable to find that option at the step level.

Thanks for posting your query to PSC :)
You can skip the processes based on your requirement using the "Start When" in the case designer. Please find the below screen shot:

Thanks for the Quick reply.Yeah i have seen the when condition at the Process Level. But i want to navigate to the (Process-->1 Step-->3.). Currently i am not finding the When Condition at the Step Level. My requirement is to navigate to the Step-->3 in Process--1

Hi Durga,
Thanks for the Information. I have tried it and it worked for me. For the indivual Step level i have tried it by keeping the when condition/Decision table. For the Process level i have tried by keeping the when condition.
