For me PegaWorld 2017 in Las Vegas was my first PegaWorld experience and I like it a lot! The energy during keynotes is great. Every morning you start with the energizing sounds and lights of a young DJ which helps to get in a special mood. I loved the keynote of Alan Trefler with the enormous screen with the tulips from the Netherlands on the background ;-) But the keynotes I liked best was the one of Rob Walker on Artificial Intelligence. I think Pega Customer Service which drives on the Customer Decisioning Hub and makes great use of AI is really the future for Pega. The presentation of Rob Walker showed that Pega has a good vision on how to use AI and when to use Opague AI vs Transparant AI and the examples Rob gave on AI were clarifying and fun. So thanks a lot for this inspiring event!
