Clearly, the best keynote was from Alan Trefler, himself, for two reasons.

Reason #1. I've been going to PegaWORLD for years, and whenever I try to describe to others what Pega is, I sometimes get tongue-tied. I know. Can you believe it? It's because I'm thinking about everything that Pega can do, and then I'm thinking about what they may be able to understand, and then...I'm just staring at them blankly. Uh... Now I know what to say. Pega is the "Software that writes your software" [tm]. Period. Boom! 'Nuff said. Best way to describe Pega ever.

Reason #2. Free Pega Academy Training! When Alan made that announcement, I had a little internal accident. I'm ok now, thanks for asking. This was HUGE news. Now, there was NO barrier to connecting people to the best technology ever and getting them to realize the true potential of Pega Power! There's nothing to substitute free hands-on training on a platform that can change your business or make your job easier. People just have to experience it and their hooked. Game. Set. Match.
