I enjoyed session given by Kerim Akgonul on Automation, AI and Customer Engagement with Mr.Dave Mingle. His presentation was very interesting and especially the way General motors leveraging the Pega and AI capabilities for better & efficient customer Engagement shown in session was really awesome! I would like to say this is an perfect example of for utilization of Pega capability’s to my colleagues.
