Live AES Enterprise health check is displaying development environment nodes

Hi,

My live application is configured with AES(Autonomic Event Services) with all the available nodes. After some configuration change(He's also not sure what he has changed) by my colleague I could see the development environment nodes as well in live(production) AES . When I check the APP_PEGA_DATA.pr_sys_statusnodes table, the dev nodes are appearing. I think it might caused the AES to be amended with dev nodes. But I couldn't figure it out how the nodes configuration in the above table effected AES enterprise health check tab to display.

Can some one please help me in understanding this?

Please check if the PDC(system>>settings>>predictive diagnostic cloud) url in dev nodes are pointing to production aes server url of production environment.

Hi Kurma,

Great! As you said two of the sub live environments are configured with Live AES URL hence it is pointing to live. But one sublive environment is not configured with live AES url now instead blank value is set(earlier it might have configured with live AES and now it might reset to blank I guess), but in live AES it's showing as "offline" for this particular node.

What can be done to remove this node entry from live AES?
