OOTB offline status flag or a WHEN rule in Pega 7.2

Request for information on OOTB offline flag or existing WHEN Rule in Pega.
The requirement is make some button and sections invisible for a app with offline capability when user is offline on a device. Would like to know if there any existing OOTB features or rules that can be leveraged to handle visibility of UI components while user is offline
