Not able to Add Case using Case Definition component

I am trying to add a case using Case Definition component in Pega Robotic Studio 8.0.1037.

I am always getting "False " as an output of AddCase method.

I have only used string inputs and i am passing string variables to these properties.

Please suggest to resolve this issue.
