We usually use Tracer and Clipboard to debug most of the issues. As per course also, these two tools should be used frequently while DB Trace and Performance Profile be used in special cases. "Tracer and PAL should help us in narrowing down the cause of the performance issue in most cases. DB tracer and the Performance Profiler can be used in special cases when Tracer cannot supplement all the details."
But the correct answer is DB Tracer and Performance Profiler, which i feel is wrong it should be Tracer Viewer and Clipboard. Please confirm.

What the question appears be asking is "Which tools are more likely used for performance testing in development as opposed to production?
The two answer choices, Performance Profiler and DB Tracer, are CPU and database intensive, Hence these tools would be best used in a development environment as opposed to a production environment.
The words "most likely" can be interpreted multiple ways. Replacing "most likely" with "are best" would eliminate the confusion.
