High priority incident raised recently in Production region: Http, Rest services are somehow become slow and we were not able to find why its caused. We are using App Dynamics monitoring tool and this tool is not capturing the entries. Can you please tell other tools which helps to find the response time? What are the ways to find the latency in integration? Is there any way to pre-identify the service latencies in production region? thank you
