Display the deferred proposition on the top offers
Hi Guys,
On the NBA screen we provide accept/reject/deffer option to agent for all the offers and we always display the top 3 offer.
now we have a requirement to display the recently deferred offer on the top among the 3 top offers,if customer call after 1 day.
so for example if the customer has deferred 3 offers in last 3 days only the recently deferred offer should be displayed in the top offers and rest 2 should be suppressed.
How can we design the above functionality

You can use the Interaction History component in the strategy rule to identify the propositions which have been deferred. With the deferred proposition identified, you can then make use of the filter and prioritization components to have it as the top offer.
