AgentBulkProcessing Agent giving Error - PRRuntimeError: No such Access Group

I get the Following error in my Logs/SMA (under Agents)

The 4th step of activity ASSIGN- COLLATEBULKPROCESSQUEUE called from ASSIGN- AGENTBULKPROCESSING throws cache (not found ) error on Looking for instance Data-Admin-Operator-AccessGroup DATA-ADMIN-OPERATOR-ACCESSGROUP in the Instance cache

The error mentioned 'No such access group' should be printed with the access group name and the exception stack trace you have shared doesn't seem to match the initial description.
