SmartShape : Create PDF is incorrect in layout/format
Hi,
Using Pega 7.2
We are experiencing the issue the create PDF smartshape produces an incorrect format and does not look like the layout as in the section. The issue is very similar to the following case: https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/smartshape-create-pdf-incorrect-layoutformat. Does anybody know if there has been any update regarding this issue since then or another solutions to solve this?

As mentioned in the support article in https://collaborate.pega.com/question/smartshape-create-pdf-incorrect-layoutformat, this issue is considered as an enhancement request with the ID as FDBK-14345 and the status of this FDBK id is still new.
If required you can reach your account executive regarding this and get an update on this FDBK item.

For this issue(https://collaborate.pega.com/question/smartshape-create-pdf-incorrect-layoutformat), the work around given is to use inline double and triple grid layout.
And mentioned not to use column layout as it can have issues regarding its css while generating pdf.

Hello Justin,
Are you getting any issue when generating the PDF using smart shape which displays Pega header information (Pega logo, search field, operator link, and so on) along with the section when the use case is run from the user portal as in SA-23925?
Or is it specific only when using column layouts your formats are disturbed?
