PDF Format Issue

I followed the changes as adviced in SA ID: SA-20144.

But I didn't find any change in the PDF layout. Please advice further.

I can't quite tell what's going on here - does your PDF seem to include bits of the 'surrounding' portal , rather than just the section you need ? If so : are you using the 'case manager portal' ? If so : try switching to a 'manager' portal - do you get the same thing ? (I'm guessing here : but I managed to get a similar result previously on prpc72 somehow - and in my case I only saw the issue with the user portal)
