Reopen pop up needs to be disabled.
Hi All,
We have done below configuration:
1. On review harness we have place a Button control.
2. Button is configured with On click event to open Assignment. Please see attached screen shot.
3. We are able to launch the assignment and see the flow action configured.
4. However issue we are facing is that a pop up comes up saying "work object is already opened. Would you like to reopen the item and lose any unsaved changes" Which is default PEGA behavior.
5. Please suggest is there any way to stop this pop up from coming up. We did tried checking check box prevent this page from creating additional dialogs. However the work object does not get opened.
Please suggest any work around or Configuration to stop this pop up dialog.

I believe the popup is controlled by a parameter called SkipConflictCheck. You can set this as a parameter to openAssignment (or OpenWorkByHandle) whose value is "true".

Please see the configuration that is made in the below screenshot. We are unable to see the SkipConflictCheck parameter. Is there any other way where we can set it?

To set the parameter SkipConflictCheck,call the action Run script and pass the function name as pega.desktop.openAssignment

Did the solution work? If yes please let me know how as I'm calling openAssignment function and passing this parameter as true still it doesn't work. Thanks
