Dynamically get SLAs properties
Hi all
there's some way to dynamically get the properties and information about a case SLA? specifically if there's a way to get that properties and information from Java on an Activity or UI Control ?

Hello,
Without knowing what information you want, I agree with Haritha. You can also get the name of the SLA from the pxAssignSvcLevel property. If you want to open the SLA queue item itself, you could do that, but that will require a bit more work. You can use the pxAssignmentHandle on the queue item to tie it to the pxAssignmentKey on the pxFlow page of your work object. From there, you have many more aspects of the SLA to make use of.

The information regarding the case SLA can be found on the clipboard page of the WO. You need to map these properties to controls on UI, to get the values dynamically.
