PEGA 7.1.6. Default Users

We are on PEGA 7.1.6 and have noticed 3 default users that look to be internal to PEGA. These accounts are

User@DMOrg

WebChatDev

WebChatUser

What are these accounts used for and if we do not use these modules, can we disable them without causing other issues in PEGA?

Hi ,

I believe, the User@DMOrg/Manager@DMOrg are the operators that get created upon installation of DSM on Pega.

WebChatDev and WebChatUser , will come , when we install PegaCHAT .
