How to Add audio and video in the correspondence

How to Add audio and video in the correspondence..am using 7.1.9..in correspondence other than text input and images..do we have a option to add audio and video..if it is there..how to do..

Hi,

I dont think, we can include an audio/video in correspondence. You can probably try include a section inside the correspondence, and that section, can refer a video control (which should be custom one)
