Audio not available in the video of course Pega Decision Management Essentials (7.13)

Sound in most of the videos are not available in the course Pega Decision Management Essentials (7.13). Example: Inside Pega Decision Management.
Could you please upload the video with sound.

Yes, your observation is correct. For both 7.13 essentials courses, all demonstration videos have closed caption only, no audio.

None of the 7.13 courses have audio, they all have subtitles instead.

Hi Macro,
Very first video of the course "IMPROVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH NEXT-BEST-ACTION" is having audio available however Microphone sign is crossed for this video also. Same I am expecting for the other videos also.

It is a big shame that none of these videos have any sound. It makes them much less efficient. Is there really no chance of having the sound in future?

I am going through this course now and the video without any sound but only subtitles makes the learning very frustrating. While I'm reading the subtitles, I have to constantly scan the screen for movements and try to see what the video is trying to present. This creates a very big distraction from understanding the information that the subtitles are presenting.
I don't know what is the reason for removing the audio, but having a video presentation without any audio is just restricting the potential of what a video lesson could do. If I had to read a bunch of subtitles, I'd rather have a deck of slides where I can control the speed which I read the contents and view the highlighted areas at my own pace.
Please bring back the audio!
