Hi Venkat,
To achieve your requirement we need the actions tab in the controls.Drop a control of the checkbox and assign the property and drop another check box and assign the property. But on the check boxes we have a disable option in which the check box will active based upon the conditions.Use the data transforms to set the values for the active and disable. For that in the actions tab we have the refresh action.In the refresh action we have the data transform also.you can do your requirement by that.

If you are trying to have the user make a single choice, why not use an auto-complete with multiple columns so the user can search for the value they want?
Do you actually want to clear and disable the other checkboxes? How does the user change their mind if you disable other checkboxes?
