Export Application Without Case / Work Object

Can somebody help me.
Scenario :
From server x.x.x.1 (UAT) i Package application pega from Designer Studio menu to export app
and server x.x.x.2 (Production (LIVE)) i import application.
Question :
How to import an application without work object attached to it (ex: clean project applicaton) ?
FYI : I used Pega 7.2.1

If you use package (designer studio->applicaiton ->Distribution->package ), it will not package work objects. For packaging work you could use separate landing page in the designer studio-> applicaiton ->Distribution->package work.

But if i Export App with Package in Designer studio -> Applicaiton -> Distribution -> Package
Work object from Case included from UAT process.
Any idea??

The result product is :
And its product include A work object in Case.
So what should i do if i want import in different server and without work object in Case.

HI,
I dont see any work objects being included through this Package wizard those are the rules and not the work objects. Once you export this package then you can use the Import wizard to perform the import in the other server.

Hello Iqbal,
Kindly follow the steps suggested in the attachment for the export and import process for not ignoring the work objects in the imported application in another server.
Note: Tested the functionality in 7.2.1 and work objects are not available in imported application.

Can you please check if you are including any jars that contain WO which was previously used to import rules into the current environment from which the RAP is taken?

I agree to what Ratan@22 said. Please check included jar files once. It is possible you might have some previous jar in place which has workobjects included.

i want to ask about PACKAGE & EXPORT , what is the difference about package application and export application ? because i want to move application from development server into UAT server for the first time.
what is the suggestion ?
