How to Find the agent processing time
Agent1(Advanced)- This agent pick all the elligible records and places in the queue for the processing.max records is:1000
Agent2(standard)- This agent picks the records from the queue and process them.
Query: if user want to processes 15000 records then how to calculate the total time to process including the agent sleep time.

Try this just an idea.
create int property as count
if count is 0 then get the start time.
then set count value as count++(increase by one) for each iteration.
once record count got as 15000 then we can get the current date time as end time .
Calculate the difference of start time and end time.
Then you can get the agent processing time.
