I am not finding SOAP message check box in in tracer setting of pega 6.2. How to capture complete SOAP message (both request and response)?

I am New Pega 6.2 as I have trained on Pega 7

I do not believe that option exists in 6.2. What you can do is enable debug logging on:

com.pega.apache.axis.transport.http.HTTPSender
or
httpclient.wire.header and httpclient.wire.content
