Can we have dynamic assignment level SLA?

Hi, I have a requirement where a work object is routed to an assignment. Based on a work object property the assignment level SLA should be different. Can we dynamically set assignment level SLA name when routing the work object to an assignment.

Hi Maarc, interval remains the same but the urgency is different. For example based on one property some work object initial urgency will be 20 and will increase by 15 every 1 min and for some its 10 and increase by 10 in every 1 min.

Yes these are the two options percisely. Either circumstance them or map it via a property.
