avoid a Validate in a normal flow

Good Afternoon everyone I have a problem,I have a validate in the flow action and also in the same flow I have a button to change stage.The problem is when I click in the button to change stage the validate appear and I can't move to another stage is there any solution or way to avoid the validate?
