SAE 7.2 - Configure Corr - Exercise Sending Welcome Email - Create Contents Step 6 (Office) Error
I'm working on the CSA 7.2 Exercise for Creating the Welcome Letter Email. In exercise section "Create Content Step #6 it indicates to add property ".Office" to the email body (see excerpt below). Upon clicking "Save" on the Corr tab, the error below is displayed (see attachment for screen print).
Can you please provide assistance on how to correctly insert the property ".Office"?

Found my problem. Somehow, I completely missed the Exercise: Create properties used to describe onboarding cases, in Section "Data Model Design". Once I followed those steps to add the fields "Office" and "Remote employee?", I am able to save my Correspondence configuration.
