Question on Work group of a manager in the organizational structure
when we are defining the organization structure, what would be Manager work group?
should it be the same work group that his/her team members are in?
if Yes, then lets say a person is a manager for 2 or more work groups then where should we keep the manager?
if No, then we will have to create a new work group for manager.
Also regarding the work basket,
A Work basket can be pointed to one Work group.
what if we wanted to give access to the work basket to 2 or more work groups?
should we combine all the work groups? OR how to handle this?
