SAE 7.2 - Exercise: Configuring a decision table to route Facilities requests - Errors saving updated Facilities Setup Flow Diagram
After adding the "Approval" connector, and turning 'Draft off' I am given two errors -
Connector "Select Seating Location"
"Condition - Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: Rule-Obj-FlowAction TGB-HRApps-Work-Onboarding.SelectOfficeEquipment_0"
and connector "Select office Equipment"
"Condition - Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: Rule-Obj-FlowAction TGB-HRApps-Work-Onboarding.SelectSeatingLocation_0"
Screenshot attached.
Errors were not present prior to this exercise.
I tried testing the changes, but it does not behave as expected.

I am also experiencing the same error -- and when I try to complete the exercise, the Facilities Setup step routes to System Architect instead of the desired "workbasket".

You need to turn draft mode back on. That flow includes steps that have not yet been built out. Those steps are built out in the UI and Reporting lessons. Disabling draft mode forces Pega to validate the rules referenced by the flow.

When left on, it still does not give the expected results in the work steps.
I have attached a screenshot of what I see, and what is in the example steps.

Michael,
I got the link to your exercise env. The actual results you are seeing are what I would expect to see based on the config of the Onboarding case type in your env.
The good news is, the Facilities Setup assignment is being generated (as shown in image actual_resutls.png. It is getting assigned to the System Architect (the uer you are logged in as) because the office location is not specified, so the routing table defaults to the the SA user if none of the conditions (office locations) are found.
A few minor glitches in the config, but it is working.

So will the exercise steps be updated? Did I perform the exercise correctly?
I input the office location as per the instructions, so I'm not sure how it is not being specified or found in the routing table?
