Why there is no Date data type of parameter supported in Data Pages.
Hi,
Is there any specific reason why Date data type is not supported or provided as a parameter in Data Pages. We have a scenario where the source for a Data Page is a report definition. And I need to pass Date as a parameter for RD which can be passed from Data Page. But as of now in Peaga 7.2.1, this is not supported.

Hi,
There is no Date data type parameter support in Data Pages out of the box.
Can you please check the below pdn article which explains "How to map a string to date property in a data page"

If we go with the above approach, i think we may need to write an activity for converting to Date type right.
I am looking support from Pega (OOTB) to have a date type of parameter for Data Pages. So that I can pass them to Report Definitions directly. Does this makes sense ?
