Blank spaces in section and screen scroll error

I am having two sections in my screen and there are blank spaces appearing and also the screen is having scrolling error i.e screen is not automatically scrolling up for displaying confirmation message.

There may be multiple layouts between the sections or in the sections. how you are going to set confrimation message on section. Please attach scrrenshots of it.
