File (PDF or TIFF) REDACTION in PEGA 7.2.1

Hi there,

We have a requirement to REDACT a file (TIFF/PDF) while using PEGA Image viewer. Is this feature available OOTB? Please provide your thoughts/suggestions.

Please suggest if we can achieve this requirement in PEGA 7.2

Redaction is typically part of enterprise E-Discovery / Compliance tools (or products). There is currently no such integration with the Pega platform.

That said, please specify the use case which requires you to redact image data in Pega platform.

Requirement is - Users will open an image attached to a pega case using image viewer. Viewer should have a capability to allow users to redact any customer sensitive data and save the updated version with pega case.
