Throwing an exception " com.pegarules.generated.portalskin.ra_action_bstenduser71_55cde4be9aea1e56bc5a43ad7a208227 " when launching the portal

Hi All,

When I launch the portal, it is throwing an exception "com.pegarules.generated.portalskin.ra_action_bstenduser71_55cde4be9aea1e56bc5a43ad7a208227". PFA document for the exception screenshot and logs attached.

Can somebody help me on this? Thanks in advance.

Hi

Which portal you are trying to launch ? Is it happening with all portal or some specific portals ( like user or manager) ?

If you can access developer portal then it is a good idea to change the associated skin of the portal from the existing one to some out of the box one and check the behavior once .
