Screen is unresponsive when trying to open already opened case. Application upgraded from 5.5 to 7.1.7
Screen becomes unresponsive when trying to open already opened case
User has upgraded application from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.7. the page becomes unresponsive when trying to open already opened case. If the case is already opened and the user tries to open it again (via advanced search option), browser becomes unresponsive. (Same behavior on Firefox and chrome also).
