Screen is unresponsive when trying to open already opened case. Application upgraded from 5.5 to 7.1.7
Screen becomes unresponsive when trying to open already opened case
User has upgraded application from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.7. the page becomes unresponsive when trying to open already opened case. If the case is already opened and the user tries to open it again (via advanced search option), browser becomes unresponsive. (Same behavior on Firefox and chrome also).

Hello,
Whenever you try to open a WO which is already open, PRPC tries to warn you on the loss of data, this will display a pop-up with warning. Are you seeing this ?
Are you observing any JS errors ?
Is the pop-up blocker enabled ? Please allow the pop-ups for PRPC.

Hi Karthik,
Could you please disable the Pop-up blocker ? So that we see the replace warning.
Please check the issue in different browsers, Chrome, IE etc. Provide the fiddler in case its still not working.

Can you check tracer to see whether any error message is coming or not,
Also worth checking fiddler to see the whether the response coming in or not.
