Question on Interval stats shown in Purge and Archive wizard?

Interval stats in purge and archive wizard shows Errors encountered but logs show no errors . The output archive zip is properly creating with required no. of items.

 

I even tried to manually kick of the process and traced it, there are no errors in tracer log as well.

 

Not sure where the error is occurring, some one please help.

Hi Praveen,

I remember UI on the wizard is slightly misleading.  The purge/archive result screen will be shown in the below format.

xxx items were archive and purged

xxx records were archived and purged

Files Created                                     Errors Encountered  (This row is always displayed)

 Archivexxx_FileName.Zip               . Errors if any (shown as blank in case of zero errors)
