File Listener is coming down due to network glitch
File Listener is coming down, whenever there is a network issue and It does not start automatically. A SR-A86817 was opened for this issue and it suggests to post the issue in this forum for product enhancement. Attached have Log (Pega Rule Log), Listener rule, response from PEGA SR. Application has to go live in August 1st week. Help needed.

Hi,
We had similar issue in our application some time file listener went down due to network problem.
For this you can do one thing, create A Agent which will monitor the listener if it is up then do nothing otherwise it will try to up the file listener.

I have created a Agent and working on a activity to check listener status and start based on same. However, I could not find a method to check Listener status and Start. Could you please share some rules/code arround it. It would be great help !!!
