Is there a api available for prsysmgmt
I want ot create a java app that will display all the agents on a weblogic server via one url. So aI need to use the calls implemented by RetrieveMBeansAction, ConnectionWizardAction, etc.

You can use JMX calls to get those information, the url could be a Rest Service for example hosted in prpc, see a sample JMX code here: JMX API code sample for PRPC MBeans
