I wanted to know more about EstablishContext in relevance with 'Queue for Agent' method. If somebody can throw light on the topic.
I wanted to know more about EstablishContext in relevance with 'Queue for Agent' method. If somebody can throw light on the topic. We are trying to use the same in the scenario :
We want to capture exception after the agent has has tried all the attempts defined in the configuration and keep the case in a workbasket , so that the user can process the case manually.

- acquiring lock on the work object
- dynamically apply/validate user (here system for agent) roles & privileges via AccessGroup to access the workobject

we could attempt raising a ticket on reaching the max attempt in exception scenario routing the case to workbasket allowing user to processing it manually.
