Hope you are doing well ? Which version of PRPC you are on ?

If you want to achieve it in 7.x and 6.3 x then Federated case management is a good option to try on. ( https://pdn.pega.com/setting-and-configuring-federated-case-management )

For lower version, we need to think of some other alternative ( may be implementing join in your worklist report definition ).

Thanks for the reply. We are using PRPC 7.x.

I will explore FCM but would love to know other alternatives also. Implementing a custom worklist report definition without the application filter is surely an option. But my concern is if we try to open the worklist item, will the pega thread be able to find the right application context for the work item. What parameters we need to pass to open the work item properly?

Thanks Ashish for the reply. Before I proceed with FCM, I have few questions in mind regarding FCM:

1. Will FCM support to display cases/assignments from applications residing in same or different physical server at the same time?

2. Do we need to install FCM in all the application servers involved in FCM?

3. Can we add any new application at a later point of time? If so, how much is the change required for implementation?

4. Is there any other dependency/concern we should consider before using FCM?

These would help me understand the FCM context better.
