How to restrict the no.of records in summary view when group by field is used???
I have a requirement to display the no.of open cases in a chart. I am using summary view.The cases are grouped by a property SLAStatus which may have three values goal,deadline,current.
In the chart I am able to display the records .We are getting the results on SummaryViewContentPage .The pxResultCount is 3 .
in pxResults(1) the pxSummaryCount is 400, pxResults(2) the pxSummaryCount is 300 and the pxSummaryCount is 50.
Is there way to restrict the pxSummaryCount to 500 or retsrict the total count pxResult(1).pxSummaryCount(1)+ pxResult(2).pxSummaryCount(1)+ pxResult(3).pxSummaryCount(1) to 500.

But as per my requirement I am using Gropuby function on SLAstatus property. So in each group i need to restrict the resords by 500.
Since I am using Group by condition the maxvalue attribute is not working.If I give 500 in that attribute it is getting 500 groups,but within each group not able to restrict the no.of records.
Also Is there a way that we can customize GetContent activity to restrict the SummaryCount within each group to 500??

Could you check OOTB summary view, Work- . OpenCountByStatusForWorkPoolIC?
On the "Drill Down" tab there is an attribute to limit the records returned by drill down: 'Maximum number of rows to retrieve'. This is controlling the number of records returned in drill down reports. I have private edited this to limit number of rows to 5.
When I have run this summary view for my application work pool got couple of work statuses with counts more than 500. In drill down report it showed only 5 records with a message as shown in below image:
May be you can try this OOTB summary view and check if it satisfies your requirement.
