Hi, In Pega V7.1.8, we are using a report definition that is imported from Version 6 to 7. In V7, the report is not displaying the Grand Total row at the bottom like in Pega V6
Since the Grand Total is available in V6, we need the same in V7.1.8, how can we achieve this ? . Thank you

Hello Lakshmi Narayana,
I have run an OOTB report in both PRPC 6 (6.3sp1) and Pega 7.1.8. I could observe that the total is getting displayed.

In PRPC 7.1.8:
Check ALL count
Please add screen shots for better understanding of the use case.

I am running a report definition that we have created, not the OOTB and please take a look at the screenshots below.
In V6, the report looks like this:
Whereas in V7,
There is no All or Grand Total row in the report.

There seems to be some confusion. Is it that you have ALL displayed and you want grand total instead of it ? Or the count is not at all displayed?

Hello Narayan,
This is the expected behavior in Pega 7. Displaying of All as a first entry instead of Grand Total as a last entry was an intentionally change made to the display. There is no option to switch back and there are no plans to provide that option.

Will it be possible for you to mention the exact configuration you have in your implementation in details, I think with the information you provided it seems confusing.

Not while exporting, issue is with displaying of the report.
In V6, we get a row at the bottom that shows the Grand Total, where as in 7 it is not displaying it.
