how do I use 'SetLocaleName' engine API to let the users to set their locale on their own?
I would like to provide the users an ability to change their locale in their profile so they can change the language, date format and timezone. Would you please provide any steps that are to be followed to user 'SetLocaleName' so that users will be able to change their locale on their own?

If you're showing a section, and the "change locale" is a dropdown of language choices, or a button, use an onchange action on it that refreshes the section, and specify a refresh-activity so that after the user chooses a new language, your refresh-activity sets the new locale, and then the section refreshes so the user immediately sees the content in the new language. /Eric

Consider checking the functionality involved in the Locale setting landing page . Screenshot below :
I think the key rule here is an HTML rule : LocaleSettings which provides the option of choosing the locale from drop down and then firing an activity accordingly to change the locale.
You can try reuse these components in your application to address your business needs.
