how to remove client side validations for cancel buttons

error is thrown " values cannot be blank "upon hitting cancel button of flowaction where that respective section contains a required field . how to remove validation only for cancel button.

Hi SathyaPriya, Which version of Pega, you are using?

In Pega 7.1.9, I have tried and I am able to cancel the work object without any validations on required fields.

As shown below, can you please check whether the Cancel button has a click event configured?
