Is there a way to setup email alerts on the AES Enterprise Health Indicator when it turns to Warn or Critical status in Pega 7?

Is there a way to setup email alerts on the AES Enterprise Health Indicator when it turns to Warn or Critical status in Pega 7?

We would like to get notified whenever a Health Indicator turns to Warn or Critical status.

Hi PhaySing,

In your AES distribution their will be a documentation guide for the installation which explains the setup of an email account. FYI, I am sharing the AES 7.1.7 installation document which contains the section "Set Up the AES Email Account" in page 11.

Please find AES installation guide for v7.1.7 in attachment.

You can re-configure the default schedule for the agents that perform specific automated tasks within AES as follows:

1. Open the Data-Agent-Queue PegaAES agent instance in the PegaAES RuleSet to view a list of the scheduled agents.

 Monitor Health Status determines how often to check for indicator changes.
